How Does it Work?
When you sign up, your organization will receive its own branded and customizable GiveStream Center with access to our innovative fundraising and community-building tools. Any nonprofit can create a GiveStream Center - it's free and easy to use for you and your supporters.
You will earn money while your supporters conduct their everyday shopping and searching activities online. Your GiveStream Center will offer hundreds of top internet retailers and an innovative shopping engine to ensure that your supporters get the best deal while benefiting your organization. A search engine powered by Google means that your supporters will get the best quality search results, while earning additional donations.
Here's how it works:
- Sign up for GiveStream using our quick and easy form, which collects information about your organization, its nonprofit status and your payment preferences.
- Set up how you want your GiveStream Center to look, including uploading your organization's logo, providing a description of your organization for your supporters to read, and adding additional web pages, links and graphics with our easy-to-use Web Content Creator.
- Invite your supporters to use your organization's GiveStream Center for all their online shopping and searching activities. Provide a link for a downloadable toolbar they can add to their browser to make it easy to ensure that all their shopping and searching gets credited to your organization. You can use any other methods you normally use to communicate news about your organization.

When your supporters enter the GiveStream Center or use the toolbar, they can choose to either start shopping online or use our Google-powered search engine.
- Our GiveStream shop connects your supporters to hundreds of their favorite online retail merchants, who donate a percentage of all purchases to your organization - ranging from 1-50%, with most between 3-5%. - Whenever your supporters start their web searches from your GiveStream Center or toolbar, they will earn an average of $0.01 per search.
- We will track all earnings that are generated through your GiveStream Center and send you the proceeds, following a processing period. You can select to receive your payments through PayPal, a check or bank transfer.
